A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
A few things to know.
What's free?
Recording and on-device speech-to-text in the eum·me app are free. External AI and Notion costs, business website setup and hosting, and agent usage costs are separate.
Is meeting audio sent to a server?
The app transcribes locally, so original audio is not sent to a transcription server. If you choose to send a transcript to Notion or upload it to your company website, transcript text and related information go to that destination. Text shared with an external AI is subject to that service's policy.
How do I connect Notion for personal use?
In the app's Notion settings, add your own Notion integration token and choose a destination page. Grant the integration access to that page, then send transcripts directly from the app. The app sends the transcript; we recommend organizing it with your preferred AI.
Is installing the app enough for business use?
Business use first requires a company website and account setup. Connect the app with your company account, then upload transcripts and manage them as a team. Connect using your company domain or an integration code.
Can our team really change the service?
We provide the business product's source code and configure access to the Second Team agent so your team can request improvements. Review changes and permissions before applying them. Usage scope and support are agreed during onboarding.
Which devices are supported?
The iPhone app is currently in internal TestFlight testing, with a public App Store release in preparation. Android is also in development. You need storage for the transcription model, and processing speed varies by device and model.
